Description

Pilates is a sequence of exercises created by Joseph H Pilates. The aim is to combine musculoskeletal performance, strength and flexibility. The focus is core strength and stability, to produce strong, lean muscle, without impact. If you have a pilates circle, small pilates ball or a yoga block bring them along.
